The Challenge — $1 = 1 Mile
A 200-mile ultramarathon relay from Nairobi to Eldoret, Kenya — powered by something stronger than distance: community.
This project began as a solo ultramarathon.
But the more time we spent listening to local stories, the clearer it became:
In Kenya, no one moves alone.
Families, neighbors, entire communities come together to support children in need—often traveling long distances, together, for care.
Ten Kenyan runners will split the 200-mile journey, each carrying a portion of the distance.
Not because it’s easier—
but because it’s more accurate.
This relay represents the shared effort families make every day to support their children—physically, emotionally, and financially.
Proceeds from this run support the completion of a Pediatric Care Unit with Living Room International, expanding access to critical healthcare for children and families.
This initiative is produced in partnership with Wherever You Go Foundation, a registered 501c3 nonprofit focused on funding community-driven global impact projects.

Living Room International More than a hospital—it’s access & opportunity.
Living Room International has spent years serving families across Kenya with compassion, dignity, and care.
Now, they are building something transformative.
A 48,000-square-foot Children’s Hospital wing in Eldoret—designed to bring specialized pediatric services closer to the families who need them most.
For many, this means the difference between access and absence. Between waiting and receiving care.
More than $1.5 million has already been raised. The final $500,000 will bring this vision to life.
With your support, this hospital can open its doors, expand access to life-saving care, and serve thousands of children and families for generations to come. Every mile has brought us closer—now it’s about finishing what’s been started.
